Your own records are already in front of it
The moment you write Nova a question, your current picture in the app is laid in front of it. It knows where you’re stuck before you explain it, and the conversation starts there.
- It sees how many prospects sit at each Pipeline stage, and which stage is running thin.
- It sees your active goals, how far along they are and how much time is left.
- It sees which way your earnings moved this month. Then it asks you why.
- Prospect and team member names never reach Nova. Only the numbers do.
- Nova doesn’t invent numbers. With no figure at hand, it talks without one.
Nova tracks where you stand on a ladder that runs from Explorer up to Visionary. It only tells you which rung you’re on if you ask.
02 Chat mode
Two ways to talk
Before you type, you choose how you want to move that day.
Coaching Chat
You write from wherever you got stuck in the field. An invitation line, last night’s meeting, an objection you ran into. The answer comes back short and lands on one next step.
Growth Analysis
Nova reads your Pipeline end to end and takes its time explaining which stage is blocked and why. It’s the unhurried kind of answer, one you sit down and read.
03 It remembers
It follows up on what you promised
If you said “I’ll push on invitations this week”, Nova writes it down and asks about it next time.
- Kept your word, and it crosses it off. Didn’t, and it makes the step smaller instead of blaming you.
- It raises the same gap once in a conversation, not in every message.
- A promise left open drops away on its own after a while.
- A weakness that hasn’t come up in a long time leaves the list.
- When time passes, the conversation starts fresh, and what it remembers stays.
04 What it won’t do
Nova doesn’t do the work for you
Nova’s job is to talk. It doesn’t open or change a single record in the app.
- It calls no one, messages no one, and opens no records on your behalf.
- It can’t send reminders. That’s why it never asks you to commit to a time.
- It doesn’t come up with percentages and figures of its own.
- The first time you open it, it tells you what it does and asks for your consent; nothing starts until you agree.
- It doesn’t end every answer with a question or stretch the chat for the sake of it.
Nova speaks respectfully and expects the same. Faced with abuse it takes a short break from the conversation, then you pick up where you left off.
05 Your chat allowance
Enough to talk every day
Nova is with you from the moment you start for free. Chat runs on a daily allowance; you see how much you’ve used and how much is left inside the app.
- What counts is a finished Nova answer. Your own messages and turns that stop halfway don’t burn your allowance.
- Growth Analysis has a separate limit of its own; that’s on the same screen.
- Allowances renew by themselves. You don’t have to do anything.
Nova answers in whatever language you use the app in.
