The timing isn’t left to you
There is a right moment to go back to someone you gave a presentation to, and a right moment to call someone who has gone quiet in follow-up. nCoach puts the name in front of you when that moment comes.
nCoach hands you your tasks for the day. It tells you, name by name, who to call and who to follow up. None of it is guesswork: the order comes from the stage a prospect is in, how many days have passed since your last contact and the follow-up date you set yourself.
Nova is the AI coach inside the app. It reads your Planner, so your prospects, your goals and your calendar are all in front of it when it answers. Wherever you got stuck out in the field, you type it there and the two of you pick up from that point.
Open the app and today’s list is waiting. Next to every name it says why that person came up today, and under it sits the step to take: hold the meeting, send the invite, book the presentation. Finish the list and the prospect side of your day is done.

A prospect won’t sit on the list day after day until you’re worn out by it. They come up when their turn arrives and step back once it passes. That’s how the list stays fresh every morning.
If nobody is due for a call today, nCoach doesn’t just go quiet. If your Pipeline is thinning out it asks you for new names, and if you gave presentations without moving anyone into follow-up, it reminds you of them.
Every prospect sits at one stage of the Pipeline. Log the meeting and the stage moves on by itself, with the next follow-up date suggested for you. All that’s left for you is writing down what the meeting was about.
Moving a prospect to another stage by hand is one tap too. You can add a note on why you moved them. Three months from now, the person reading that note is you.
The road runs through four stages and then splits in two: Joined or Rejected. Rejected is not an ending; the same person can come back to Following Up and carry on from there. Tap a stage to see what happens there.
Not ContactedA name you have just added waits here; you haven’t spoken yet. It comes up in Today’s Tasks when its turn arrives.
InvitedYou have spoken to them and invited them to a presentation. While the answer is still open the name stays in your list, and nCoach tells you the day to come back.
PresentedThey have seen the presentation and need time to decide. Log it with Had a meeting and the next follow-up date is suggested for you.
Following UpThe stage where you wait for the answer, and where most prospects sit for a while. Every logged meeting sets a new follow-up date, so nobody drops off quietly.
JoinedThey joined your team, and the Pipeline journey ends here. From now on you see them among your own people.
RejectedThey said no for now, and that is not the end. Meet them again, log the outcome as Considering, and the stage goes back to Following Up.
Appointments, your team, your goals and your earnings are inside the same app. All on your phone, all reading from the same list.
The person you sent the request to accepts it, rejects it or leaves it pending. That answer sits next to every appointment in your calendar, so you see how full the week really is before it starts. Mark your open hours once and the other side picks from them.
Your team’s pulse sits on one screen, right under your hand. You see at a glance who has eased off and who has been quiet for a while. You catch it before they drift away, and one conversation is enough to fire a teammate back up.
Your weekly meeting goal counts itself from the meetings you log, your new-name goal from what you add to the list, your earnings goal from the figures you enter. Your Planner also holds your vision board and your notes, and that is where you look after a rough week.
