01 · In the app

Deleting your account in the app

You can delete your account directly within the nCoach app:

1. Sign in to the nCoach app.
2. Open the Profile tab from the bottom menu.
3. Tap Account Settings.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Enter your password in the confirmation dialog.
6. Confirm the request by tapping Delete.

The password step is there so that only the account owner can delete the account. If you do not remember your password you cannot delete the account in the app; in that case use the email route described in the second clause below.

This action cannot be undone. Deletion starts immediately upon confirmation, all of your sessions are terminated, and your data is permanently erased as described below.

02 · If you cannot sign in

If you cannot access the app

If you no longer have access to the app, you can submit your deletion request by email:

• Send an email with the subject “Account deletion request” to [email protected] from the email address registered to your account.
• The email must be sent from the address registered to your account so that we can verify the request comes from the account owner.

Requests submitted by email are completed within the period required by applicable law (KVKK and GDPR), and in any case within 30 days at the latest.

03 · What is erased

Data that is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently erased:

• Identity and contact information: Name, surname, email, phone number, profile photos (including previous ones), about text, and social media links.
• Account security data: Password, active sessions, registered devices, and notification records.
• Prospect list and contact records: All records of the people you added to the app, including their names, phone numbers, and email addresses.
• Personal content: Notes, targets, vision board (including its images), working hours, earnings records, and support messages.
• Nova AI coaching data: Conversation history and coaching memory.
• Usage traces: Reading history, votes, bookmarks, likes, and event participation records.
• Points, streaks and badges: The points you earned, your day streaks and your badges.
• Copies of your identity in other records: The prospect entry about you in your sponsor’s list, invitations carrying your phone number, and copies of your name in other records.

04 · What is kept

Data that is retained and why

The following records are excluded from deletion due to legal obligations or the rights of third parties:

• Consent records: Retained as proof that the agreements were accepted, but stored in a form that can no longer identify you (your email address is kept only as an irreversible hash). Legal basis: KVKK Art. 7/3 and GDPR Art. 17/3 (b) and (e).
• Financial records: Subscription and payment transaction records are retained for the statutory retention periods. They are closed when the account is deleted but not erased.
• Open moderation reports: Retained as evidence until the review is completed; personal content in closed reports is erased.
• Administrative action logs: Retained for accountability purposes.
• Shared records: Records you share with other members (such as appointments) and content you published in the community remain as the other party’s records; however, your identity is no longer shown on them.
• Period award records: Kept to preserve the integrity of company period rankings; since your identity data is erased, these records are no longer linked to your name.

05 · Without deleting the account

Deleting data without deleting your account

You can also delete some of your data, or request its deletion, without deleting your nCoach account:

• In the app: you can delete your prospect records, meeting notes, goals, vision board items and appointments from their screens, individually or in bulk. These deletions are permanent.
• Nova conversation history: you can request the deletion of your conversation history with the AI assistant without deleting your account.
• Other requests: follow the email steps described in the second clause above, stating which data you want deleted. Your request is processed within 30 days at the latest after identity verification; data we are legally required to retain (described in the fourth clause) is out of scope.

06 · Subscriptions

Important notice about subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription started through the App Store or Google Play. Store subscriptions can only be cancelled from the subscription settings of your store account.

If you do not cancel the subscription in the store, you will continue to be charged. Your subscription record within nCoach is closed as part of the account deletion.

07 · Timing

Processing times

• In-app deletion: Processed immediately upon your confirmation and permanent.
• Requests submitted by email: Completed within 30 days at the latest.
• Recovery: Once deletion is complete, the account and the erased data cannot be restored.
