Something is stuck in the app

The fastest route is inside the app itself. Pick a subject, write your message, send it. It reaches us together with your account, so we never have to ask who you are.

Some things can only be sorted out here. For security reasons you cannot change your email address from the app, so you request the change from here. If no referral code is set on your account, you write from here too. And if your subscription has been moved to more accounts than allowed, restoring will not fix it, and that one comes here too.

If you cannot sign in, the in-app form will not open either. In that case write to [email protected].

02 · You run a company

Members open their own company page inside the app. The logo, the tagline and the introduction text sit there; they also download the documents, images and videos the company shares from the Company Materials screen. If the page is not set up, all a member sees is “Company information not found”.

We set up the record and the materials together. There is no upload panel on the company side; we put the files you send into the app, and we keep them up to date whenever you tell us to.

When you write, include your company name, website, logo and the materials you want to reach your members.
